I believe the delivery time is subjective...id rather wait for fresh food and get great quality then get pre made food that is sub par!!!
They stay busy with deliveries. A lot of times when a driver comes in they have enough time to grab a drink and then head back out. The phone is always jumping when I'm there.
Not enough drivers? Busy? Big order? Long cook time item(s) like their awesome wings? Pick up will always be faster as any restaurant. I live on the opposite side of town and its generally less than an hour most times which seems reasonable.

This place is always very busy
We do a high volume of delivery. We say 45 minutes to an hour or hour to an hour 15 at peak times. We have 3 delivery drivers at all times. When we get an order, whether it’s carryout or delivery, we do it in the order that it’s received. And once the order is done, we immediately deliver it. And we deliver the entire city of Bellevue and parts of south Omaha, so we are extremely busy. But I will guarantee your food will be very hot once you receive it.
