We don't buy used books but we do have a bi-annual bazaar sale where you can bring items in for sale in exchange for store credit. Our next sale will be in the Spring of 2020.
I'm not sure on the books, although my fiance said they do buy Magic cards. If I remember correctly, he was just given store credit for it, but we're absolutely ok with that! ☺
I don't believe so. I didn't see anything used unless ot was a warhmer figurine.
