Cherokee has never had all you can eat steak.However the steak platters is what your thinking.

I am not aware of any "all you can eat" option. They still have the "sirloin for 2", "sirloin for 4" options and it always looks like a lot of steak but we have never tried that. We prefer the ribeye, prime rib and filet options.
