What is your gratuity policy? How many people do you have to have in your group to get 20% automatically applied to your bill?

I would say five people

Tipping is usually up to the customer 18% to 20% is customary. As is customary with restaurants in general, when there is a large party of five or more it is up to the server to include the 20% gratuity.

There was a review from someone about 2 months ago that said there is a mandatory 20% gratuity on groups of five or more. Reviewer's complaint was the servers ignored their larger group and got hit with the gratuity even though they were ignored by the servers.
