Membership fee for yourself & a 12 yr old is $59/mo. That fee will cover both of you.
$12 or $5 as a guest of a member
$49 for individual contract per month with no initiation fee. Same goes to 12yo. Senior (62+) rate is $34 per month with no initiation fee.
I am not aware of a workout facility there . I was there for a concert.
