I want to know why I can't get my answers answered? A week ago dr. etzhorn called me but I missed the message to call her back and i have called almost everyday & .so far have no idea why she called. none of her people know and are confused worse

I love my Dr there but that practice is barely holding it together. Every year it's worse, trying to see more patients with less staff and they're falling apart. Expect 5 minutes with the Dr, 3 calls for referrals or refills, and have a reliable gp to help you out. Cross check prescriptions for interactions and hope they stop focusing on profits over patients or we're all stuck driving hours just for a decent specialist! Sorry and I hope you can get it straightened out! Squeaky wheel and all that :(

Try to ask for her nurse and if it goes into voice mail leave her a message, her nurse will be the one calling you for the doctor, hope this helps
