Rons right they dont fix anything and it floods really bad there lived there week n may and was flooded trapped for almost month with no power and no way out cause how high flood waters are. Also got robbed during this time when we had stay at motel came bak r door was unlocked and tons stuff missing def avoid living here
you really don't want to move to Lakeshore estate we have lived there in 2014 and they never fix anything and then we got kicked out and had too live on a holte for 2 years before we moved back in Lakeshore estate and we noted again they're not fixing things and it caused our trailer to get tagged and they forced us out within 24 hours so we are back at a Hotel
I am going on 3 yrs here..........and all of these comments are true 😆
