They did but its closed down now I think. Wasn't there any more last time I went.
It has a candy store on the second floor. It is called Capital Candy. They have bulk and packaged items. UPDATE: A lot of stores are leaving or already have left this mall. The candy store is one that has left.
The candy store was called"Mr. Bulky's", it has since closed up.
