Lightly used wii that I have had 10 years ,stopped and won’t start . Never abused ,mostlyused bya 70 year old. Can it be cheaply fixed or should I look into something new. Grandkids coming and they bought it for me to avoid being lonely?

You should probably look up some troubleshooting tips. If those don't work, look at what other people do to fix their wiis. If that doesn't work, you probably should get something new. If you liked your Wii, get a Wii U. You want something new? Get an Xbox with a Kinect.

Try unplugging it for awhile then plug it back in. Worked for mine. If that doesn't work probably worth looking into something else.
