I had my car over 6 months and the radiator blew and even tho it was not covered in the service contract they still payed for the radiator and all i had to pay was the labor rate. And that was only $35. So thay did me right..
They do in house financing and work with the customer to get just about everyone approved. They have an on-site service center and will fix any issues. My battery died 3 days after I got a car and they replaced it free of charge. They have a power train warranty. Any other maintenance is done at a cheaper rate than outside locations. If memory serves correct, they have a 30 day return policy.
I have a dodge as we speak and I'm having problems with the front end no spindles?? They have already broke 4 times getting ready to take it back for the 5th time
They are in house financing. You can talk it back but you will still be paying the bill. I got a vehical with them. Too many problems to fool with them. Stay away.
They are buy here pay here but you cannot bring it back after 6 months.
