I've got roughly 3 years exp. But I'm the driver that kept looking for greener grass on other sides and now my employment history is starting to get my applications turned down. What is the guide lines for lti on this subject?

If you like having hometime dont go. They dont like to give you that. If you live in mn or Wisconsin areas like that. Dont waste your time applying they wont hire you.

I've never had a problem getting home

LTI dedicated requires a minimum of 2 wks out before you go home. If you live within 200 mls of any QG warehouses, they'll hire ya but you won't like the runs. Northeast and upper Midwest is mostly the areas you run. They're desperate for drivers. So, check 'em out!

The weekends are sometimes short and expect you to work most major holidays but dont offer any paid holidays.

LTI is ok for me. I've been with them since 2017, they are generous and understanding. I'm a good and safe driver, I get great miles, I respect the company and the company respects me. No issues. I can't understand how you get to say bad things about them. You do your job well and you should have no problems.
