I believe it was around 50 bucks but cheaper if on sale. Sometime if you go to product website you can get coupons for discounts.
I paid around 50 for the large unflavored. They have smaller containers and even sample packs for cheaper
Not sure on that. How ever you can call and customer service will be happy to get that price for you. They always do for me
