Livestock comes in I think once a week and they butcher
when they were in auburn I used to buy 1/2 a beef and one pig. They butcher and cut to my request. beeing 2 at home everything had to be cut small. Thickness was per my request. did that for 13 yrs and saw the family grow. Thumbs up and nice memories of cookouts and family dinners.
I believe they only butcher.
