Call the manufacturer and ask them, they should be able to help
I agree with Michael Phillips. But it's not yet a year since you bought the TV so it should be under warranty yet which is another reason you should contact the manufacturer or Best Buy if you got one of their extended warranties.

Thanks everyone I figured it out, since the manufacturer nor Best buy could tell me anything. Its been working great I just read the instructions about the speakers
