Anything that we add to the wine for fining should be used up by the fining process itself. There will be some naturally occurring nitates in very small amounts. We do not use fertilizer on any grapes that we grow (N) but we cannot grow vinifera so we cannot control what might be in those growers' soils.
Good question. Unfortunately I do not know now daw anything on their Web site. Not sure but not many do. So I would say to call them to make sure. I am betting no but hope I am wrong...
