I have seen someone do it. The place is right beside a nuclear plant and the water is used to cool the nuclear reactors off. That is what I was told by locals. I just wouldn't do it. But to each his own. I didn't find it a pretty park at all. There was a playground there and a place to have a picnic and that's all I seen. It was not impressive at all.
