Yeah customer service is a hot commodity these days. I guess that's part of why Apple is so successful (small part)
Whats the question?
The staff at this store, particularly the management, seems to be the least interested in the customer. You can get a better response from the one in Smyrna or Antioch.
I had similar issues with the online ordering and pick-up. By the time I did speak to a manager, I essentially was told that their issues were now mine and regardless of the hype and promises of an amazing time saver has turned in to: a) only part of my order was fulfilled and they showed items I picked up that never made in to the bags. b) The second part of my order was shipped via FedEx today and was two boxes of pasta and two family size cans of soup. c) The remaining items "may" be in store tomorrow, yet my credit card has been charged and processed for the total amount. But wait there's more: they refunded .03¢ to my credit card for overpayment. Easy summary, there was ZERO interest demonstrated to me in trying to make things right. Same experience with calling, I never got the manager. Suggestion to all: YELP the hell out of this location and I guarantee that it will make it to Walton Corporate... Lazy
