Need ripper shanks for my 6' box blade 18"shanks - asked them to order about 4 different times. ?

Trs charges app 13.oo shipping and handling making them 52.oo ea. Rk should have on shelves 35.00 each, bought 3 off the shelves, they're king kutter heavy duty 18" . Suppose a meeting with the manager at rk may straiten it out? Or I'll go straight to king kutter? Thanks for any suggestions.
