UPS worker here, we ship just about everything unless it's radioactive or a restricted class of explosive. We ship aerosols & compressed gasses. We ship it all. Just pack it really well, tape down lids & put each item that can leak in its own plastic bag. I guess my line of thinking is, though - - why ship it at all? These things are allowed in checked luggage. And unless you have this super special kind of personal hygiene items you have to use...you can buy what you need at a convenience store in Florida. $10-30. Boom, done.
What you listed would be ok, just no aerosol or perfumes do to flammable fumes in case they leak. Liquids are best off in plastic bags in case of leaks.
