It was my understanding that once delivery is made & accepted by the purchaser, exchanges can't be done. If an issue arises & can not be mediated by their service staff, has to be referred to & handled by the manufacturer of said product. I recently purchased a lift/recliner & that is what was explained to me by the in-house staff @ DT McCalls in Cookeville. Hope that helps to answer ur question.
