I find they more typically fix only what they have time for and neglect other requested repairs. They don't typically call to request authorization for repairs if the total is above a predetermined limit, as is customary at most auto repair stations. They typically do good work, but have been slipping as of late in my opinion. Maybe new employees? Communication has always been minimal at best.
These guys have taken care of my vehicles for several years. They have always done good work and stood behind what they did.
