They did not ask for a card or anything. We just walk in with our mask on. There were a lot of people that didn't have them on. It's up to you on wearing your mask.

When I went 11/14/21, you had to be able to prove you were vaccinated. You'd want to have your CDC Covid-19 card if they ask. I was not asked. Masking was not enforced while I was there either.
