Do you have to schedule an appointment or can you have a tow truck bring the car to you?

I would call first. The guys are super cool and they will be able to tell you. I made an appointment and left my car overnight.

I concur..... it's better to call first to ensure they can service your vehicle that day. I also noted when I was there a limited amount of "car storage" places for vehicles awaiting service. The tow truck may have to pull you back to where you came from orginally it they don't have a space to store your car before they can get to it.
