The wings are 100 percent chicken wings. The meat has no gluten!!!!!
I would imagine that the chicken wings ARE NOT gluten-free, as they are breaded. There are some salad selections, but I am not sure about the menu, in general. You may be able to download a copy of it from their website www fatjackswings.com.
It's really authentic wing house. Gluten free? You may want to call before going. However, Great service.
