Does anyone actually answer the phone at this place? I had a simple yes or no question that should've only taken a minute to get an answer to. I have limited minutes on my phone and now down to 3 minutes bc noone would answer. Very unprofessional

No one answered when I called. Not even the IVR. I hung up after about 20 rings. Tried again 2 times after 10 minutes. Same thing.

They never answer unless you call late at night after customer service has closed

They don't have enough people working there to answer a phone. Since Sam Walton passed away Wal-Mart service has gone to pot.
