How does one pickup an item they’ve ordered online? Yesterday I went to the appointed store to receive my one item yet; after checking in on app service, the pickup service center and calling numerous times I still out empty handed? HELP!

You should talk to a store manager and ask about the online orders. Tell them you ordered online and ask to be taken to where you can pick an item up to take home. Good luck.

If you stop the manager at the podium, she will get them to bring your items to you. They are understaffed, so it's taking longer
