I dont know for every scenario but they did work with my sister-in-law, but they are really great with our dog and they worked with the price also. Do not go to town and country though, pretty sure our puppy got parvo there from licking the floor, on top of being rudely spoken to and not working with us on payments there, it's all about $ with town & country!! Avoid them like the plague, hope your fur baby is ok and hope this helps your decision and have a great day!!!
