I was just there on the 23rd of December, families came in and they were dressed from sweatshirts to business attire. You can take it from there.
Not enforced. Clearly you would like to dine with a decently dressed crowd but being in a casino creates a very "diverse" customer base... Lol. My wife and I usually dress business casual our country club casual in the hot summer. We are at least average or on the upper half besides the obvious business folks and special occasions.
Business casual or proper attire is recommended, no gymwear, offensive graphics on tee shirts, sweat pants tank tops!
I do not believe there is a official dress code. I wore shorts and a dress shirt and that was okay but it was august at the time.
