Freddy's is as real as you can find. Maybe there is no "Freddy" any more but the care, quality, friendliness and delicious variety are very real. I have been going there for at least 10 years now and many of the staff have been working there that long too. Glitz can be faked, but the genuine feel of this place is real. BTW as a family run place they close for vacation for 1 or 2 weeks after each Labor Day.
Very real and a destination every time I am in town visiting. I guess I have been a patron there for about 15yrs, wow longer than I thought.
