Go to customer profile.
If you don't already have an online account then create one. This way you can manage all things having to do with your account yourself instead of having to go to the store.

Should be able to do it on line. Call the store and ask them.
I believe you need to go to the store and talk to the people at the customer service area to change that info.
I'm not sure they have that feature. I had a similar situation, but I went in the store and updated at customer service.
