They do have a payment plan. Not sure how you would qualify. Give them a call. They provide great service.

They are greedy. I once heard them tell an upset woman who did not have $4000 "isn't there someone you can call for the money?" and "don't you have a credit card?". I am no longer a patron. I am sorry your kitty was hurt. Take it to a vet. Not necessarily this one.
