On Saturdays, try to show up by 9:00 am to get your number, but they won't start calling those numbers until 10-10:30.
For Veterans every Tuesday with a general time from 2:30-5:30p. Times do change depending on season I believe. Time for regular civilian is Saturday morning 10-12p I think. The time is 100% clear for me, since I have never used this service on the weekends.
Tuesday for military and 1st responders Tuesday 1430-1730, Saturday to the public from 1030-1230.
