Why is the ambulance so dirty. Who is in charge? Of this ? why does both emergency attendance sit in front. Thought one was supposed to sit with patients. Can you answer the questions. Thank you

I can assure you, the patient wasn't left unattended in the back. Some people choose to sit in the airway seat behind the patient's head due to no leg room on the bench seat in those model ambulance, but that seat IS in the back. They're just not right on top of you.

Ambulance cleanliness is left to the crews to get done. If there was a problem with their ambulance or how they acted when with a patient, id call there mon-fri when management is in the offices
