Me and my friend were walking through some woods by our houses and found a baby raccoon that’s bleeding from the nose and is struggling to move and can’t find the mom and don’t know what to do

I have a very small bird maybe 6 days old. Been helping this baby bird needs. Experience help is needed. Would you please take this little baby wild bird?
