Ok. What have u done to improve this park ? U have raised our rent and nothing and I mean nothing has been to "beautify the park ? I really think ur delusional if u think folks here can afford the raise

I think we should all put our rent in escrow until these things get fixed. Like the road in the back of the park and the flood that is taking down the hill behind our houses.
