It needs a lot of work done to trailer park. It used to be nice when the pool was open. Office staff are rude. They do have a community dinner on Wed which is nice though.
The lot rent is around $350, depending on size/location/water use, and includes garbage. Each trailer is different and has different prices. Some are owned by the estates and some are privately owned. Sorry I can't be of more help.
If youre paying $350 or $750 the park needs alot of work. Pot holes everywhere. The pool hasnt been available for use in years. Id continue looking
The $350 is the lot rent for everyone and it does not include water. It does include trash pickup. They have a rent to own program 3 years at the end of that u buy or move or continue to rent but no more money goes toward the purchase. Its 750 a month to do that and about half goes to the deposit to purchase in 3 years
