Would you say this park is stroller accessible? The stroller I have for my son is made for running so the wheels are thicker.

Only a short section is paved, but the trail that isn't paved isnt overly rocky, and is fairly smooth and level

I would say its stroller accessible but when we went there were a lot of dogs on the trail/dirt road leading to the leap.
