They make them in morning
The donuts can't be "finished' meaning decorated, frosted or powdered while they are hot. The frosting would run off leaving a mess and the powder would be sticky and melting into the donut. They basically would also not be very eye appealing.
We make them throughout the day but we do not heat them back up or serve them hot because of brand standards.
The Law of Thermodynamics applies as well
