If he receives SS, I believe they can help. In Hocking County there is Inspire, homeless shelter and getting in there would bump him to the top of the lists for emergency housing. Good luck and God bless
This question was posed to me as being about Integrated Services in Athens, Ohio. The Ohio Psychiatric Hospital in Columbus would be much more comprehensive than Integrated Services and should be able to assist with long term arrangements for both his medical and social support in a manner appropriate to his needs as determined by their evaluation. If he ends up in Athens then Integrated Services may well be where he would get long term mental health care but I don't believe they have as any residential programs. The best way to determine what they do and don't have would be to call them.
