Kudos to Alon for his wonderful hummus recipe! Easy method for those pesky skins is great! Some recipes I've seen say 1/2 c. tahini others 1/4. Also, do you leave garlic w/peas into processor? Or soak garlic in lemon juice rather than cooking w/peas
