Did this nail salon get new managment because I had the worst experience yesterday. The girl who did my nails kept checking her phone had to re-due my 3 of my nails.... Horrible.... Then got a extra service fee for using card?

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I had my nails painted with gel paint. Within 20-30 minutes after leaving a finger nail polish completely fell of; just peeled right off. Immediately I went back Jennifer gladly fixed it. She was pleasantly sweet. 3 hours later a 2nd nail literally peeled right off and plopped down in front of me. By the end of the night 8 more literally just fell right off. I went back next day wanted a refund. I didn't want to worry about that again in case it happened. The older man at the desk, he said was the manager, was so rude and mean to me. Insisted they have no refund policy and suggested that there is no way of knowing if peeled them off on purpose! HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE WAY HE HANDLED ME. I was very pleased with them initially because Jennifer was so kind. What good is to go back, quality of product is obviously not good NEVER GO THERE

I've never had that problem but when I go I only go to the same person. With my nails I go to nini and ken and for my feet I go to cookie . Buy recently I did go about a week ago and Ken and nini was busy so another girl did do my nails and I didn't like it so I know what you mean. You just have to find your person that you like.

I had a horrible experience also. $50 for nails that didn't even fit my fingernails, crooked, already looking outgrown. Also got a fee for using a debit card..which annoyed me because I would have just paid with cash. Didnt even say anything about the fee!
