Do you ever at any point in the year answer the phone?

I never got an answer either but i think it might be because its an outdated number or something. The office is small so some of the line has to wait outside. All the times i went i had to wait behind about 10 to 15 customers which normally takes about 30 minutes or so to get through

I tried calling before I went and there was no answer. While I was there, I never heard the phone ring. Also, they were very busy. I believe it's one of the last offices that do not require an appointment. Be ready to wait on line outside.
