You should just be glad there was actually a check out open. Try going to Walmart there will be 20 people waiting to check out and only 2-3 checkouts open. You can't blame people for being mad, the stores don't want to pay s*** so nobody wants to work.
That's why automation is talking jobs from millennials left and right.
People need to stop blaming the store for there own screw ups if you need help ask for it they will help you
It's not policy and if disabled you should have asked for help and told the cashier to hold up till done. You can blame them for sending more down the shoot but it's your own fault for not saying something. I never had issues shopping there for 14 years.
There very good there
If you went to cashier maned register you did not need to bag your groceries the cashier does that. If you went to a SELF serve check out then you bag your own groceries don't give a store a bad review because you didn't allow a cashier do her job
Can't really answer that. We rarely shop there.
Although I agree with customers on here. People he is disabled and speaking to him in that tone wasn't very nice. At Giant there are self checkouts, then there are unmanned registers ( like the ones where there are like the ones that had cashiers), then the cashier registers. I always use the check out dividers so that customers behind don't add their groceries next to mine. But if you're still bagging then they should wait to start checking out.
