We went for a party, my husband has Celiac. They cooked his food in the kitchen, they were pretty knowledgeable. No soup, no food off the hibachi though. He felt okay after, so we were pleased.

I wouldn't do hibachi since they regularly cook rice on it. You can get gluten free ice cream in Patchogue at Freezology (fka: SubZero)
