That's what my cotract says too. My is awesome. We produce double what we use.

The first payment is do 60 days after the installation. Even if the system is not in operation. the power company and permits is the holdup.
If i recall from the contract (I went through Tesla) they start billing after 60 days regardless whether the solar panels are operational or not.
