To burkholders staff, why do you use so much salt, sodium in your deli food? We are older folks and love to buy some off your deli but can't take all the salt. Thank you, Joyce and Bob Brown

Hi Joyce, Thank you for the question! We always to try strike the perfect balance of seasoning our food well without over seasoning and causing problems for people that need a lower salt intake. We are currently working on some lower sodium food options to help cater to those who want or need lesser salt. Thank you!
