I'm not sure if it's available at any stores, but the abbey gift shop in geneseo carries it, and it's also a great place to visit/experience!
If you call the Abby they will tell you where to buy their products. Also, you should be able to order it online. We send their fruitcakes all over the US.
All are available on the website, or in the Abbey Bread /Gift shop. Tell your stores you want them to carry it. It's their distributor that's not bringing it to the store anymore. Request it. Wegmans especially is responsive to that.
The Abbey has had production issues. They actually have had to hire outside (non-monks) to do the work. The Bimbo corporation no longer distributes that variety and Wegmans is thus not able to get it. The Sunflower sku is available at monksbread.com or stop into the monastery and you can get a loaf.
