Get a water bottle fill it with water when she does it spray her with it I do that when my cat jumps on certain furniture it actually works they hate being sprayed do it every time she should stop eventually because she will catch on and won’t want to be sprayed u can also try a calming collar something in it calms them down it’s worth a shot good luck
Most people try timeout first, it's works well for most. If it doesn't then go buy a paddle.
