For larger tatoos that can take half a day or more yes but for smaller tatoos you can just walk in and get it done if someone is available
I agree with Heather. An appt for larger tattoos that require some collaboration is def recommended. Also if you're looking for some sick ink from Casper make an appt asap, dude is extremely talented and has a 6mo-1yr wait for a reason.
