how old do you have to be to get your septum pierced with parents permission

Septum - 16 years old. We will pierce nostrils for minors 13 years and older. Parent must be present with their photo ID and we must be presented with a copy of the minor's birth certificate to confirm date of birth and the signing parent is a parent.
